Maximize your accuracy with Tree Rings
To fully maximize the accuracy of the Calipro® II system, use Tree Rings to mark the trees for size or grade. Tree Rings are colored plastic rings that easily slip on to a tree branch with one hand. By using a color code for size or grade, the field inventory is exactly the same as the office inventory. When the tree is harvested, the Tree Ring can be removed and used over and over again. If left on the tree, it will simply fall off as the tree grows, virtually eliminating the possibility of girdling the tree branch. Tree Rings come in 10 different colors and can also be used to attach small plants to stakes.
